Are they perfect, no, as no one is. But Robert and his team try as hard as they can to get the job done for as little money as they are authorized to charge. These guys are great. Robert and Brandon are friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful answering questions. I've had my Viper alarm reset, tint on my work truck done, rear airbags installed, and gonna do new LED head lights soon. I'm glad I found them in July.

Drive-In Autosound upgraded my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk's factory radio to add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. They installed a 10.1" Pioneer DMH-WT6000NEX, replacing the original 8.4" screen. While the new unit protrudes slightly from the dash, it looks great and doesn't obstruct anything. The salesman was very helpful, explaining all options and features. I highly recommend Drive-In Autosound for anyone looking to modernize their car's audio system.

I took my '93 TT 300ZX there for ceramic tint and a stereo install. Each staff member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. What really set them apart was I had gambled and supplied my own Amazon refurb amplifier that only made it 10 minutes after I picked up the car. I circled back and Jeremy immediately helped diagnose the problem in their garage. I purchased a new amp from them and they swapped everything out right then. That set a really high bar for customer service in my mind. Highly recommend.
