Alpine ILX-W650 digital multimedia receiver and 7-inch anti-glare WVGA display with a capacitive touchscreen display (does not play CDs). The ILX-W650 Works with Apple CarPlay lets iPhone users make and receive calls, access text messages, play music, and get directions in a way that allows them to stay focused on the road.

Display

Control your music while keeping your eyes on the road with the iLX-W650. Use two-finger swipe motions anywhere on the 7-inch touchscreen to control volume up or down, skip forward or back, and pause by swiping up, down, left, or right.

Measuring at only 2.4” deep, the iLX-W650 can fit into vehicles that don’t have a lot of space behind the dashboard. The shallow chassis is optimized to mount to the KTA-450 4 Channel Power Pack Head Unit Amp and the KTA-200M Mono 400 Watt Power Pack Amplifier with Powerstack (sold separately). Alpine’s award-winning PowerStack™ design adds more power to your sound system while occupying the same depth as a traditional 2-DIN radio.

The iLX-W650 is SiriusXM-Ready (SXV300 Connect Vehicle Tuner Kit sold separately; SiriusXM subscription required) and works with Pandora Music so there's nothing stopping you from your favorite music. Also access your music, videos, and photos via USB input.

The iLX-W650's screen was designed to maximize the app icons on your smartphone so that you can find what you need quickly, easily, and safely. You can also use voice commands with the included external microphone to activate your apps, make hands-free calls, send text messages, get directions, and more, safely.

Apple CarPlay

The iLX-W650 lets iPhone users make and receive calls, access text messages, play music, and get directions in a way that allows them to stay focused on the road. Apple CarPlay is accessed through the capacitive touch screen or the mic button to activate Siri voice control.

Android Auto

The iLX-W650 includes Android Auto and works with the Google Assistant. To access the Google Assistant on Android Auto, say "OK Google" or select the mic button. Google Assistant in Android Auto allows users to play their favorite music, get driving directions to their destination, interact with smart home devices and reply to text messages – hands free.

This receiver comes with a built in rear-view camera distance guide display, making it easier and more comfortable when it comes to understanding your surroundings.

Get the most from your music by using the 9-band parametric equalizer and 6-channel time correction tool to control the powerful, built-in amplifier. Control the bass in your music on the fly with the built-in subwoofer level control. If you're looking for more power, add additional amplifiers using the three sets of true 4V preamp outputs with subwoofer level control on the third set.
